Powerful talks that motivate, inspire, educate

When I left my corporate consulting job to pursue a career as an entrepreneur it was my vision to own a brick and mortar gym and to build a global presence to have a global impact, and in particular, on women. To achieve this vision, shortly after I opened my brick and mortar gym, in 2012 I started to build my online presence by writing a blog and sharing on social media. I knew that in order to create a global presence and to have an impact globally that I would not only need to have an online presence, but also, that I would need to create an initiative that allowed me to teach and interact with people in-person. Therefore, part of my vision was to create in-person workshops and to speak at networking conferences and seminars and for other organizations.

As a result,

1) I achieved my goal of creating, marketing, producing, and teaching my own internationally known women’s strength workshop (strength training + strong mindset) I Am Not Afraid To Lift®, which I taught all over the United States and internationally as far as Brisbane, Australia, as well as three other workshop formats; and

2) Was invited to speak at various fitness and wellness conferences, summits, and workshops such as The Perform Better Summit, Mark Fisher Fitness Lab, Fitness Revolution Nation, First Principles of Movement at EXOS (with colleague Rachel Balkovec, first woman to work as a full-time manager of a major league affiliated team - The New York Yankees), and others.
